Kay is a native Nashvillian and a daughter of an Air Force family. Her love for travel and learning about different cultures is a real passion.
Kay earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt and her Masters from Middle Tennessee State University. Before going into real estate brokerage full time, she taught in the Metropolitan Nashville School System, was Director of Development at St. Thomas Hospital Foundation, Director of the Rasmussen Foreign Studies program at Belmont University, and Director of Real Estate for the National Community Foundation.
Kay is the recipient of the Realtor's Association Award of Excellence, the Million Dollar Round Table, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hallmark Housing Fund.
Neil grew up in Eugene, Oregon. He is the bass singer in the Watchmen Quartet and is an accomplished guitarist. He loves playing the upright bass in several Bluegrass groups. Before becoming a full time Realtor, he was a musician and songwriter with Warner Brothers. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington, and Belmont University in Nashville.
Neil is a member of the Board of Directors for Baptist Homes for Exceptional Persons and the Director for the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Hallmark Housing Fund. He also is a fanatical fly fisherman and still teaches an occasional class on Fly Fishing at Vanderbilt University.
Over the last 23 years as a Realtor, Neil has received 10 Awards of Excellence, and 3 Awards as Broker of the Year. He has served on the Board of Ethics, Board of Arbitration, and Educational Board for the Realtor's Association.
